Menu Plan Monday

Here's what's on the supper menu this week:

I use a simple meal rotation each week for easy planing!

Sunday-leftovers

Monday-church meeting; I'm taking a blueberry cobbler.

Tuesday-BBQ ribs in crockpot, corn on the cob, cucumber salad, sliced peaches

Wednesday-salmon patties, green beans, homemade bread

Thursday-chicken pot pie**, steamed veggies

Friday-homemade pizza

Saturday-picnic lunch; leftovers and smoothies for supper

**indicates freezer meals

Kitchen To-Do List:
1)bake bread
2)freeze peaches
3)freeze blueberries
4)cook chicken in crock pot
5)bake muffins

I've never made my own pizza. Is it difficult / time consuming?

Becca,
Pizza's pretty easy to make. It usually takes me about 1 hour from start to finish and that includes baking times so it's not all hands-on time. It takes time and practice to tweak it to personal preference but is not hard!

It's so fun to see so many people using their crockpots. I love mine. We try to use it once a week, rotating between chicken and beef.

AudreyO-
I know! Mine is used at least 2 times per week year round. I cook meats in it plus make yogurt, broth and any crock pot recipes in it. Love it!
