L- popcorn, fruit, cheese
S- sausage, spinach and pasta soup (from freezer), homemade bread
Wednesday
B- cornmeal mush, cheese
L- leftovers
S- pizza braid, veggie plate, fresh pineapple
Thursday
B- cornmeal mush (leftover from Wednesday), cheese
L- leftovers
S- Monterrey beans with rice, fruit smoothie
Friday
B- muffins, fruit
L- leftover beans and rice
S- scrambled eggs, waffles
Saturday
B- cold cereal
L- whatever is left or something quick and easy from the pantry
S- beef and broccoli stir-fry, rice
